Description

Start the week with the gentle exercises known as T'ai Chi. The slow, smooth body movements produce a state of relaxation of both body and mind. Our expert teacher ensures that all in the class can benefit from what is probably the most popular form of exercise in the world, with many enthusiasts in the USA and about 10 million practitioners in China. Tai Chi is an exercise system suitable for people of all ages.

Where & When

We meet every Monday (in term time only) at 9-10 am in the Meadows Room at Pulborough Village Hall. The charge is 48 for 12 lessons and newcomers can experience a taster session for only 4.
